How a canceled wedding turned into kindraising for the homeless

October 21, 2015 By Hannah Alper 1 Comment

It was supposed to be a beautiful wedding in Sacramento, California but after the would-be-groom got cold feet, the Duanes, the would-be bride’s family was left with a venue, but no wedding. The parents still threw the reception, but instead, they generously invited the city’s homeless to enjoy the extravagant feast.
